Panang Curry - Chicken/Beef/Tiger Shrimps

A very intense one! This curry is very rich of coconut cream

prepared with fresh herbs, coconut milk, green beans and basil.

 

Yellow Curry Chicken - Chicken

A mildly spice curry flavourful of fresh herbs, tender chicken,

potatoes in coconut milk.

 

Wild Curry - Vegetables/Chicken/Beef

An assortment of herbs and vegetables laced with

aromatic ginger, young peppercorn and basil (no coconut milk).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thai Barbecued Chicken (Kai Yang)

Tender piece of chicken marinated in Thai spices and

lemongrass sauce served with Thai sweet & sour sauce.

 

Spicy Broiled Beef (Seua Rong Hai)

Barbecued Baby Octopus (Plamuek Yang)

Marinated grilled baby octopus served w/ garlic chilli sauce.
